受講規約 南青山書画院 アートスクール銀座

  1. 入会申し込みに記入し会員番号を取得し、初期費用を指定口座へ納め、UFJニコスの月謝自動振り替え用紙を提出し授業が開始される。
  2. 当スクールでは一切現金を取り扱わない。画材、書道具などの購入もUFJニコスの月謝自動振り替えより引き落とされる。
  3. 受講回数を変更、休会、退会の申請は全て2ヶ月前に申し出る。休会は出来、その間月謝に変わって毎月500円が引き落としとなる。退会後の再入会の場合は入会金が5000円で再開出来る。
  4. 制作物、道具などスクール内保管 a.  制作物、道具など教室内に保管が出来ますが、最小限に止める。 b.  同様に完成した作品や使ってない制作物、道具は速やかに持ち帰る。 c.  同様に制作前の予備の制作物、道具などの保管は出来ない。 d.  保管した私物の破損、紛失又、退会後の私物は一切責任を持たない。
  5. 制作作品の寸法制限 a.  特別と思われる寸法の制作物は各講座の担当講師又は事務局に確認する。 b.  絵画のキャンバスは通常はF20号まで、乾燥棚の空きを確認し制作する。 F20号以上大作を希望する場合は事務局まで相談する。
  6. 会員の解除は、退会申し出のある時、月謝3ヶ月以上滞納のある時、授業に支障をきたす事が有る時。
  7. カリキュラム、講師の移動、指導方針など予告無く変更されることが有る。
  8. お知らせ、変更などはスクール内告知又、ホームページにて掲示され、了解済みとし運営されます。日頃より掲示物には注意を払ってください。

Art School Ginza Terms and Membership Agreement

  1. This Membership Agreement comes into effect when you sign the present application form. A member’s card will be issued to you.
  2. The first payment must be made to the appointed bank account by the appointed date.
  3. You have to fill in and sign/seal the UFJ NICOS bank account transfer form, and then to submit it by the date that has been agreed on.
  4. Each monthly fee will be withdrawn from your bank account by 27th of the previous month.
  5. In case a withdrawal via UFJ NICOS fails due to some problem, the missed sum will be added to the sum that is to be withdrawn the following month.
  6. The payment for materials and/or tools purchased at our school will be added to the sum that is to be withdrawn from your account in the month following your purchase. (As a rule, payments in cash are not accepted.)
  7. If a withdrawal of your monthly fees via UFJ NICOS fails in three consecutive months, your membership will be cancelled and this agreement will be terminated.
  8. You can make changes in the number of your classes per month when you need to. The difference in payment will be adjusted when we withdraw the monthly fee from your account. However, if you want to reduce the number of classes per month, you have to inform us two months in advance.
  9. In case you decide to have a break, you have to inform us two months in advance. During the time of your absence we will withdraw from your account an absence fee of 500 yen per month instead of your regular monthly fee. The maximum period of absence is three months. When your scheduled period of absence is over, a regular monthly fee will be withdrawn again, automatically, from your account.
  10. If you want to discontinue your membership, you have to inform us and sign a form at our registration desk at least two months in advance.
  11. If you do not take the items you have left at our school in half a year period after you have last visited us, these items will be disposed of, as they interfere with the creative environment of the students and we do not have additional storage space.
  12. In case your actions create problems in our classes, this membership agreement will be terminated.
  13. We may change our guidelines, curriculum, and/or courses without prior notice.
